Construction management degree OR trade-to-PM progression with PMP
About the role
Construction PMs run the build side: managing general contractors, subcontractors, schedule, budget, and commissioning for new data center campuses and major expansions. The role bridges engineering and operations and sits at general contractors (DPR, Turner, Holder, Mortenson), at the owner side (hyperscalers and major colos), or at specialty contractors. Demand is exceptional right now — hyperscaler capex is record-high.
